Collaboration of Harper & Anna Gulla Eggertsdóttir

Anna Gulla and Harper are master milliners trained at the Cutters Academy in Gothenburg where they met and fell in love in 2010. Based in Kölingared (SE) and Reykjavik (IS), they specialize in the design and making of bespoke hats and outerwear.

Harper also teaches millinery at the cutters academy in Gothenburg Sweden, with a focus on utilizing natural fibers, furs and leathers. Anna Gulla experiments with fibers, masses and traditional methods, often sourcing materials locally. 

During their residency at Hönnunarsafn, Harper & Anna Gulla will work with materials of the hat making trade such as straw, fabrics, leather and felt. Hats will take shape using steam and wooden molds.
